configs/*/grub/grub.cfg: replace /dev/disk/by-uuid/ with UUID=
Use the shorter and more nicer looking `UUID=` *tags* instead of the `/dev/disk/by-uuid/` paths. This requires mkinitcpio-archiso v68. Related to #202
